Just try to do it, dun force urself to change...
Above all, intially just learn to listen to wat ppl say n understand wat it mean, before u jump into conclusion....

In reality, no matter how gracious a person is, forgiveness gets tired...however if you are putting in your best effort, your loved ones would be able to see and it's already a consolation in heart & mind.
