yes ...

people with HIGH, HIGH, HIGH positions tend to talk and talk and talk ...

that is why they have long, long ... meetings ....

they will brainstorm alot of ideas ... but can't decide who will be the one doing it ...

eventually, they will get their assistants to implement every single thing they have come up with ...


this is what most bosses do ...

only talk ... but no action ...

I guess they forget that action speaks louder than words ...

only good bosses will talk and do at the same time ...


this is something new which I had realised recently ...

it is better late than never ... right? =)
