My WORST day

yes, it was yesterday ... 12072007


I was about to go for lunch ...

I went to gent ...

my phone rang ...

I was about to pick up the call ...

the next moment, I found my 3 months old E65 in the toilet bowl ...

I quickly picked it up and trying all my best to restore it ...

but it was still not "alive" ...



I went lunch with Elsie and Jo ...

we shared table with an auntie and uncle ...

we were waiting for our food ... bowls, chopsticks and spoons were laid ...

suddenly, an unclean particle came flying to the side of my bowl ...

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ...

it was the unwanted skin of the fish which the auntie didn't wish to eat ...

Disgusting ... I looked at her with my unpleasant look ...


After makan, I went to a phone shop to restore my hand phone ...

hopefully, with the lowest price ...

but still, it was pronounced "unconscious"

No other choice but to rush it down to the "hospital" - Nokia Care Centre ...

I waited for Elsie and Jo to pick me up ...

Waited for quite sometimes ... I decided to give Elsie a call ...

I had no 10 cents coin with me ... so I slotted in a $1 coin ... hoping that the phone machine would refund me the balance ...

naive me ... it didn't ...

and this call cost me $1 ... :(


I took half day urgent leave ...

I went back to Baby's house to take the necessary with me ...

I took a cab down to Parkway Parade ... where the nearest Nokia Care Centre is located ...

I paid the driver $6 when reaching ... it was $ 4.50 ...

you know what, the driver didn't have much change ...

so he gave me back 2 50 cents coins and the rest were in 5 cents coins ... oh my ...


I went to Nokia Care Centre after 4 hours from the time of accident ...

I told the lady what had happened ...

and she told me that it may be "pronounced dead by the doctor if it is beyond curable" ...

if not, I may be charged for $200 for "saving it"

That's my luck ... blame myself for being careless ... haiz ...


It had not ended yet ...

Elsie, Jo, Baby and I went to watch Harry Potter V ...

there would be a delay in our movie ...

Why?!

Unknown ...

We waited for 45 minutes to watch this show ...

we chatted among ourselves while waiting ...

this should be the good thing out of all the bad things ...


We went home separately after the movie ...

before I went to bath, I told Baby about the spoilt toilet spray ...

Baby was surprised as it was perfectly alright the day before ...
