Phew ... guess I am just TOO paranoid when it comes to medical checkup. Perhaps I don't wish to die so early as I have too many undone business in this world, or in another words, I am a KIA SEE fellow. haha

Anyway, I guess, after this checkup, I should and must change my lifestyle ... Hope I can do it =)
