A familiar name since 10 years ago … hahaha …

I never imagine that I will be taking neoprint again … not at this age, of course … hahaha …


Anyway, though the price has gone up from then $4 to now $10 and from small stickers to big cards, but I must say the fun of making funny faces at the camera does really turn almost everyone into young kids, no matter whether you are 8 or 80.


Perhaps this is the magical side of it …

It has been a long day for me today … So after I had gone for NAFA Graduation Exhibition, I decided to take a cab home … though I am quite broke at the end of the month … hahaha ;) …


I thought I could get some rest on my way home … But the cab driver was very friendly and started chatting with me … almost everything under the sun ... from his work to the coming General Election …

At one point of time, I thought he was over-friendly that I hoped he would leave me alone …

However, one thing for sure, he had indirectly enlightened me over some issues that I am pretty concern at this current stage …

He pointed out that ...

money is important but it is not everything … Although you may be earning big bucks each day but your health is deteriorating … so what the point of having all the cash but you can’t enjoy life with your loved ones?! Perhaps in the end, you may spend all your savings on your medical care …


So my advice is to take good care of yourself …
for your own sake as well as for your loved ones …

work hard and play hard ... =D

Anyway, on my way to work this morning, everything seemed as any normal day so I decided to close my eyes to rest. But suddenly, I smelled something funny ... or something unpleasant ...

I opened my eyes and looked around ... there was this lady, who sat a few seats away from me, using therapy oil to freshen herself up.


I am not saying it is wrong to do so but not in a train.
It may be a pleasaure to her but not to everyone on board.

It is like a non-smoker who doesn't like the smell of a cigarette ... a gay who doesn't go for a gal ... etc.

She is so inconsiderate and selfish ...

All I can say ... it really irritates me when looking at her ... argh ...

Timing ...

Almost every morning, when I am taking a bus from Aljunied Mrt station to my office, I will always meet MediaCorp's Jin Pai Zhi Zhou Ren (which means the Best Producer), Guo Ling Song. [Don't be surprise, yes, she takes bus ...]

But today is expectional because I woke up late ... hahaha haha ...


That is why timing is very important. With the right timing, the right person / choice and the right decision, you can do something more easily.

Just like a marching troope, everyone needs to have the perfect timing so to have the perfert "bang" or march.


This goes the same for a relationship.

No matter how hard you try, if he is not the right person, it won't work.

If he is not ready to settle down, it won't work either.

Singapore Short Films Festival

I met my ex-colleagues for dinner before heading to Winsland House for the Short Films Festival screening (non-finalists). One of them was directed by my galfriend and that explained why we were there. =)


Out of all the short films, I only remembered 4 of them.

Perhaps they make sense to me or perhaps they are the better ones among the group. =)

Anyway, I hope I have the chance to act in my galfriend's film in the future. =D

I know why ...

Most guys would normally have their haircut every month so to keep it short and neat … I am not exceptional as well …

When …

I am bored of my look;
I think I need a change in hairstyle;
my hair gets out of hand and becomes curly & untidy;
I am too stress with work, life and everything;

I would therefore go for a haircut.

[It definitely helps to regain my confidence and to look afresh after that. =) …]


It normally takes me about an hour to cut and wash my hair and I guess it is still alright for me.

However, when I need to dye my hair (just like this afternoon), it takes me 2 hours. Once in a while, it is still ok but not every month as it will be more like a torture than pleasure to me.

Perhaps I am not a patient person and someone who can’t sit still for long hours and that is why I don’t dye my hair that often. Plus, I am a poor guy who can’t afford this luxury so often … hahaha …


Anyway, it is all worthwhile paying and having my bum seated there for 2 hours as I am really pleased with my hairstyle and hair colour – brown and matt (highlight). =D

Though my hairstylist has a “black” face, but I must say he is rather professional in his trade … He is Creative Director hor … Don’t play play huh … hehehe …

An unfamiliar number which I didn’t store in my phonebook …

I decided to answer it as it may be some important call or maybe someone I got to know recently …

But I was wrong.

It was someone I knew long time ago who had called the wrong person as apparently, he had two “Jason” in his phonebook and I was NOT the “Jason” whom he had been SMSing this morning and the one who he was looking for …


I: Do you want to call that Jason now?

He: Haha (Trying to be friendly) …Aaaa … Perhaps you like to refresh my memory …

I: I guess you should call him now.

He: Ok, I won’t disturb you any further ….


Puke! Argh … So fake … Trying to be nice and talk his way out …eeeeeeeee …


If you should have forgotten someone / can’t recall who the hell he is, why bother save his number in your phonebook? Delete it lah …


If you have forgotten someone and accidentally called the wrong person, JUST ADMIT IT … “I have called the wrong number … Sorry!” … why bother trying so hard to cover your ass?!



Honestly, I am not upset, pissed or agitated at all …
But I just can’t imagine how guys could be that fake … can’t stand them … argh …

So in order not to waste my time on these “plastic” guys in the future hahahaha …, I just have to cut short our conversation or simply ignore their calls lor …

My friend’s 21st …

Wow … it was really quite a long … …. …. … time since I met up with this birthday boy and his gang.

I thought I may not be able to fit in that well at first … but I was wrong … they are still the same (except got white hair … hahaha kidding lah)… a group which you can chat and have fun with … it was really like going back to the good, old days … =)


Went to his place for dinner @ 7 plus … I thought of going off after that as I was still not feeling well and plus, my close galfriend was leaving …

But haiz … in the end, I was persuaded to go WhyNot with them as they had yet another birthday celebration there … … hahaha … so bo bian … Anyway, just like any other weekend @ WhyNot, music starts to get better when the night gets later … … =) I enjoyed myself very much and I was almost drunk … I just knew how to laugh … … hahahaha … and the world started to spin a little …hahaha …

This was not the end =) … we left WhyNot @ 3 plus and seated along the roadside, resting, catching our breath and having a funny, XXX rated conversation … hahaha … @#*$%^&!-;’’ … hahaha


I guess this is what life is all about … hahaha …
Perhaps it is always good to let our hair down once in a while to loosen up … =D

Last night @ Temasek Design Show 2006 … …

It is held @ the National Library and it is a three days event, showcasing their outstanding final year students’ projects.

Last night was the official opening for this Design Show of Temasek Polytechnic cum Graduating Fashion Show. Only invited guests were allowed to be seated and refreshment was served thereafter. ;)

I brought my galfriend along for the night and we really enjoyed ourselves, although I was there for official business and my boss was there too but who cared … hahaha … =)

No complain at all …
Good company …
Impressive works …
Delicious food …
Fabulous red wine … heehee heehee … never excepted that … =D



Besides the above, I was even “lucky” (can I say that … hahaha) enough to get to know a cute lecturer who had been really a great help to me for the whole day. ;)


My boss, my galfriend and I myself suspected that he is one of a kind but I was not sure whether to make the first move to test him out though … :P


What if he is not one?!


What if he is not G-friendly?!


But anyway, I got his name and number =D as I suppose to get some work-related info from him on Monday …=D

So all I can do now is to cross my finger and take one step at a time lor … hehehe … =D
