No lai, I tender my resignation letter because I am "invited" to join its "sister" company.


But I never expect it to happen so quickly though.

All I can say is that this is a "game" played by the three directors ... I only have to play along with them ... as long as I get what I want lor ... hahaha ...


And guess what? ... I did get the the things I want once I go over to its "sister" company ... =)

I had dinner with my secondary school galfriends ...

woow my gosh ... I have known these 3 angels for almost 10 years ...

One of them is going to become a mother next month ... Oh my! Time really flies ...

We have gone through quite a bit together and that explains why we are so close ...

I am really glad to have them as my angels and I hope there are more good days for the four of us in the future... ;)

I still dunno how to take care of myself ...

But I need to learn lor as I have yet to find someone dear ... hahaha haha

STORY - THE 99 CLUB

Once upon a time, there lived a King who, despite his luxurious lifestyle, was neither happy nor content.

One day, the King came upon a servant who was singing happily while he worked. This fascinated the King; why was he, the Supreme Ruler of the Land, unhappy and gloomy, while a lowly servant had so much joy in his heart?

The King asked the servant, "Why are you so happy?"

The man replied, "Your Majesty, I am nothing but a servant, but my family and I don't need too much - just a roof over our heads and warm food to fill our tummies."

Later in the day, the King sought the advice of his most trusted advisor. After hearing the King's woes and the servant's story, the advisor said, "Your Majesty, I believe that the servant has not been made part of The 99 Club."

"The 99 Club? And what exactly is that?" the King inquired.

The advisor replied, "Your Majesty, to truly know what The 99 Club is, place 99 Gold coins in a bag and leave it at this servant's doorstep."

He began to count them. After several counts, he was at last convinced that there were 99 coins. He wondered, "What could've happened to that last gold coin? Surely, no one would leave 99 coins!"

He looked everywhere he could, but that final coin was elusive. Finally, exhausted, he decided that he was going to have to work harder than ever to earn that gold coin and complete his collection. From that day, the servant's life was changed. He was overworked, horribly grumpy, and castigated his family for not helping him make that 100th gold coin. He stopped singing while he worked.

Witnessing this drastic transformation, the King was puzzled. When he sought his advisor's help, the advisor said, "Your Majesty, the servant has now officially joined The 99 Club." He continued, "The 99 Club is a name given to those people who have enough to be happy but are never contented, because they're always yearning and striving for that extra 1 to round it out to 100! We can be happy, even with very little in our lives, but the minute we're given something bigger and better, we want even more! We lose our sleep, our happiness, we hurt the people around us; all these as a price for our growing needs and desires. That's what joining The 99 Club is all about."",

so happened that I met Huijia for lunch to discuss about my insurance policy ...


and so happened that my galfriend, Jess, wanted to find eyebrows models ...


and so happened that Huijia's client postponed their appointment and she could actually make it to meet my friend ...


and so happened I was free yestrday to accompany her to meet my friend ...


hahahaha ... anyway, although in the end, Huijia was not suitable to be Jess' model but Huijia still managed to have her eyebrows shaped ... FREE hor! =D



All written about was not the main purpose I wanted to blog ...


It was the two guys we saw when we were dining in Thai Express =) ... so cool and charming sia ...

Drooling hahaha ... never thought Huijia and I have the same taste wow hahaha ... =P


So I guess I wont mind missing my TV programmes in the future if there should be any eye candy people to see and drool @ hahaha ...

Anyway, I met up with my close friends who I have known since working in Canon. That was about 4 - 5 years ago for your info.
It was really fun bitching hahaha ... (I think I did most of the bitching hahaha) and chilling out together. They all look better and more mature. I also look better OK (this is what they said hahaha ... ) except I am much bitcher hahaha ...

Though everyone is busy with their own life, be it work or school, and we hardly meet each other, but we all know and understand that we will be there for him / her if one needs anyone. =)

So treasure your friends and don't treat them as dirt. If not, you may regret when your friends leave you one by one ...

I play by rules ...

Yes, I need to get used to the rules of this world and play along with it ...


This is how I choose to live MY LIFE ... I don't see a need to report to anyone where I am or who I am with or what I am doing then ... I dont even report to my mum for this ...

On my way to work ...

hahaha ... I always like to observe people from a third party's perspective ... or perhaps I am just simply too k.p.o. ... hahaha

Anyway, these were the three things that I "observed" ...

1. Couldn't remember when I wear my school uniform ... anyway, should be a long, long, long time liao le mah ... hahaha ... There was this gal in school uniform and she was adjusting her uniform again and again to make it look "neat" but to me, how she adjusted it made it look even worse. Maybe to most school gals, their uniforms need to be tucked in as much as possible and also to be as short as possible mah ... Perhaps these is their trend and also the trend during my days ... =)
2. A lady, or I could call Auntie haha ..., sat next to me in the bus. Before even reaching the bus interchange, this lady had already prepared to get down and gave me a body gesture that she wanted to get out of her seat (*I was sitting near to the pathway). But who cares, I was still sitting comfortably. So bad right hahaha ... Upon reaching, I heard her sighing as the bus she was taking next was about to leave ... But hey, there was nothing she could do as she was still in the bus. Anyway, I decided to get up first so she could try catching her next bus once she alighted ...Maybe she was really late for work / appointment ... or it is just because most Aunties tend to be more kan cheong hahaha ... No offence ... =) PEACE!
3. I was in the train, seated and saw a friend just walked past me ... She didnt see me and found herself a seat in the next cabin ... or maybe she did but she just pretended not to see me ... hahahaha ... Anyway, I must confess that I am just too lazy to entertain someone that early in the morning ... hahahaha I normally close my eyes to rest during my train ride ... Beauty sleep mah ... hahaha ...

Wow I thought Nic might win this competition and be the next Tyra Bank ... but never did I realise Nicole would be a better choice to be the winner ...


Anyway, I am pretty sure it is hard to survive in this bitchy modelling / entertainment world ... and it is also pretty difficult to be the next Tyra Bank ... Simply love her and it is because of her that I watch the show. =D

I did it again ...

Yes, but this time was @ my friend's place, although I was actually planning of doing it next month ... hahaha

He got the kit from Australia so I took my blood test ... CLEARED! =D

Last weekend, I met up with two friends who I have not met for a very, very, long, long, long ... time.


It is really great to meet up with them and wow they look so cool now. They have changed and so do I. ;)


They said that I look so much better but I look really, really slim ... skinny ... =( ...

I thought I was wearing a baggy T-shirt then and that was why I looked slimmer.

But in actual fact, I really lose weight (I weighed myself this morning) ...

what happens to me? :( ...

I must do something about it so to get my FAT back hahaha ... =D

Yah yah yah ... not that I have never seem one in my life ...


But this time, it was on the street of Geylang ...


I was walking to my church with my mother and sister ... then I spotted a topless guy, a few distance in front of me ... walking ...

I thought it was some worker doing renovation or unloading goods ... or perhaps a shameless uncle with a big tummy ... hahaha ...

this time round, I was wrong ... yes, it was hunky guy who was going to buy something from a shop ... yes, nice bod and eye candy for all ... hahaha ... but is it appropriate to be topless, especially in Geylang area?


According to what I learnt and understand, it could be an offence in Singapore as it is not so right to be half naked on the street ...


Yes, you may be hunky and proud of your bod and you want to show it off ... but dude, not on the street of Singapore though ... ;)

So SAD ...

I was meeting my friend later last night to have a drink so I decided to stay back to do some OT while waiting ...


Then nature called ... Hungry ... I went for my dinner opposite my workplace ... ordered pig organs soup ... not very nice though ... hahaha ... =P


While eating, there was this weird, old uncle sitting there ... I thought he was an owner of one of the stalls there ... so I minded my own business and didn't care much about him ...


I tried finishing up what I was eating and left ... When I was some distances from the stall, I saw this weird, old uncle actually eat my leftovers ...

I was not disgusted at all but just felt that he was really poor thing ... where are his children ... haiz ...

So careless ... so freak out!!

This morning was the worst morning I ever had ...


I was happily going to work as today was FRIDAY ... but when I was about to reach office, I then found out that my keys was nowhere to be found ... I started to panic as my key to my office was attched to my home keys too ...


I stayed calm and searched again ... but still, I couldn't locate them ... I went up to my office and searched again ... the answer was still the same ...


So I decided to head home in a cab ... I was so freak out, not knowing what to do if my keys were lost as my dad always advised me to keep my keys properly and NOT to lose them ... :(


I told the cab driver to drive faster as I was rushing for time ... but who knows, the sign told us that PIE to TUAS was jammed and the cab driver didn't know whether to take this road anot ...

So I was more worried as I was pretty sure the keys were still hanging outside my house and I would like to get them back before anyone did.

I was jammed in the traffic so no choice, I called / sms my family and even my ex to try to go and get my keys back first but apparently they were all not free, although their workplace were nearer to my house than mine (FYI, my workplace is in the EAST lor ... so FAR ... )


Throughout the journey, I really prayed hard ... crossing my fingers ... I finally got home ... and once I saw my keys still there, untouched, I felt relieved and was really grateful that God didn't leave me though I had done so many wrongs ... I thanks Him ... Really ...


Although losing a bunch of house keys is not a big deal to you, but it is to me ...

I rather take this $35 (cab fare to and fro) as my penalty than anything serious (to me or to my family) ... =D

Ask less, thanks more ...

Yes, it is because we are more fortunate than those who don't have clothes, family, home, money ... ...


Anyway, just date around and make more friends ... it will be cool ...

or in not so nice words, just F*** around lor hahaha ...

I was waiting for a cab and it was so damm hard to call a cab nowadays ... 10 plus only lor ... and the queue at Taka cab stand was damm long ...


So I decided to take a train back ... save $$ ... walk and walk ... still thinking to find a power point ... hahaha finally, I found one beside the dustbin hahaha ... so just stood there and made my calls ... who cared if there were stares from passerbys ... hahaha ... as long as I got to do what I needed to do ... hahaha



Heng ah ... or lucky lah ... or thanks God that I have my phone charger with me ...

so guess not too bad an idea to bring one when you are out ... =D

Yeah ... I think I should go out and make more friends ... not restricting myself to one person ...

If one day, TOUCHWOOD, he is no longer around, I perhaps will miss his nagging ...
